TMF Group is seeking a Solution Architect specializing in payroll and HR services for the AMERICAS region. In this role, you will be responsible for designing services, ensuring high-quality client delivery, and building capability through training.
What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding work to tight deadlines and manage a diverse workload.
- Design and implement payroll and HR service solutions.
- Deliver training to Local Office staff within the AMERICAS region.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a relevant environment, including experience as a Service Manager.
- Fluent in English and relevant Local Languages.
- Proficient in Payroll and HR Services.
Nice to Have
- Ideally 10+ years of payroll / HR experience working in a client-facing environment, with a track record of delivering against client requests.
- Ideally 10+ years of experience in an operations-related environment, with proven ability to deliver cost-effective solutions and service design.
- Professional project management training is a plus.
Work Mode
This role operates in a local-country work mode within the AMERICAS region.
