Responsibilities
- Work closely with internal leaders, external partners, potential clients, and existing clients to gather functional and non-functional requirements for customized industry-specific solutions.
- Explain complex technical assessments and system architectures clearly to stakeholders at all organizational levels, ensuring understanding and enabling informed decisions.
- Build and sustain relationships with key contacts at client and prospect organizations, including executive leadership, to support solution adoption and strategic alignment.
- Guide and support junior engineers, fostering technical skill development through hands-on experience with advanced technologies.
- Oversee the design and deployment of solutions to ensure they fulfill client goals and follow established architectural standards.
- Assist delivery teams by offering clear direction on technical designs and helping resolve development challenges.
- Lead proof of concept initiatives to test and validate proposed solutions against client needs.
- Promote collaboration across departments by creating structures that enable contributions from multiple teams.
- Analyze client systems and workflows, recommending improvements to boost performance, reliability, and security.
- Advocate for consistent and efficient processes across all project implementations.
- Participate in pre-sales and post-sales efforts, including discovery workshops, proposal creation, and coordination with project teams.
- Review and improve cloud and on-premise environments, suggesting modernization approaches for better efficiency.
- Stay current with advancements in cloud-native platforms and advise clients on practical integration strategies.
- Clearly convey technical issues and resolutions to both technical and non-technical audiences, aligning with business and technical goals throughout the project lifecycle.
- Connect business development, service delivery, and product functions to ensure cohesive execution.
- Ensure accurate transfer of knowledge and realistic alignment between sales promises and delivery capacity.
- Act as a recognized expert on technical topics for both internal teams and external clients.
- Lead technical aspects of pre-sales activities, such as client meetings, responses to RFPs, and solution demonstrations.
- Convert client needs into practical service designs and pricing strategies.
- Partner with sales teams to expand the opportunity pipeline and secure high-value deals.
- Prepare compelling technical proposals that position the company as a top contender in client evaluations.
- Deliver persuasive technical presentations that lead clients to select the company as their preferred partner.
