About the Role
The Solution Architect will act as a technical bridge between sales and engineering, delivering customized solutions for enterprise clients in the DACH region. This role requires deep technical knowledge, customer engagement skills, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable architectures.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Deliver product demonstrations tailored to specific customer use cases
- Design and present solution architectures that align with enterprise business goals
- Support pre-sales activities with technical expertise and proof-of-concept development
- Collaborate with product teams to relay customer feedback and market insights
- Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise stakeholders
- Create custom solution proposals and respond to RFPs
- Address security and compliance questions during sales cycles
- Work closely with implementation teams to ensure smooth handoff post-sale
- Stay current on industry trends in data analytics, customer experience, and cloud platforms
- Advise clients on best practices for platform integration and data utilization
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey
- Participate in strategic account planning with sales leadership
- Contribute to development of reusable sales tools and technical documentation
- Support expansion within existing enterprise accounts
- Engage in technical workshops and customer onboarding sessions
- Assist in validation of technical requirements during contract negotiations
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical objections during procurement processes
- Maintain deep understanding of competitive landscape and positioning
- Promote use case adoption across marketing, sales, and customer service functions
- Ensure solution designs adhere to scalability and security standards
- Coordinate with global teams on regional deployment strategies
- Facilitate technical training for partners and clients
- Monitor customer success metrics post-implementation
- Identify innovation opportunities based on real-world client challenges
