The Software Trainer (Platform Training Specialist) at Press Ganey will deliver engaging Instructor-Led Training (ILT) sessions and develop high-quality learning content to ensure users fully understand and leverage the Forsta Plus platform. This role involves creating e-learning materials, maintaining up-to-date global training content, and delivering training both virtually and occasionally in person, with flexibility required for U.S. time zones.
What You'll Do
- Deliver engaging ILT courses for customers at various stages of their journey
- Design and create dynamic e-learning content to support digital learning initiatives
- Keep global learning materials up to date, ensuring they reflect the latest software capabilities
- Adhere to learning team performance metrics, maintaining high post-training satisfaction ratings
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful learning outcomes for clients

Work Mode
Role operates within standard business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CET, with flexibility required to deliver training to clients in the U.S. Pacific and Central Time zones outside of those hours. Most ILT sessions are virtual, but occasional travel may be required for in-person training.
