Lear Corporation is seeking a Software Team Leader to lead our SW development team within the Valls Engineering department. You will drive software projects across Core Electronics and Electrification product lines, ensuring quality, performance, and on-time delivery. This role combines technical leadership, project coordination, and customer interface responsibilities.
What You'll Do
- Lead and plan software development activities across projects
- Act as the main SW interface with customers and internal stakeholders
- Define development and test strategies
- Manage global software resources and project tracking
- Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with internal and customer requirements
- Lead risk management and change management activities
- Coordinate configuration management and technical discussions
- Ensure successful delivery of all SW project milestones
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a similar field
- Strong knowledge of C programming standards and coding rules
- Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS, TeamCenter)
- Understanding of Functional Safety (ISO 26262)
- Experience in ASPICE / CMMI environments
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
- Fluent English

- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum Master / Product Owner is a plus)
