Company is hiring a Software Engineer to design, build, deliver, and maintain critical software applications and services. You will manage the full software lifecycle while working across domains like machine learning, cloud infrastructure, platform development, and application engineering.

What You'll Do

Design, build, deliver, and maintain software applications and services.
Work in areas such as machine, cloud, platform, and/or application engineering.
Manage software lifecycle activities including requirement analysis, documentation, and implementation.
Write code that meets standards and delivers desired functionality.
Understand performance parameters and assess application performance.
Understand and implement core data structures and algorithms.
Build features including web services and database queries.

What We're Looking For

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a STEM field.
Legal authorization to work in Mexico.
Effective written and oral communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Experience integrating Kubernetes and Helm into automated CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
Proficiency in Bash and Python scripting.
Experience with Git version control.
Familiarity with managed Kubernetes services like EKS or AKS.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) as it relates to Kubernetes/Helm.
Docker and docker-compose containerization experience.

Nice to Have

Awareness of SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP, CI, Software Security, Scalability, and Testing.
Prior work experience in an agile environment or introductory training on Lean/Agile.
General understanding of the impacts of technology choices on the software development lifecycle.
Ability to break down problems and estimate time for development tasks.
Understanding of the technology landscape and current trends; ability to bring new ideas to the team.
Understanding of the project's value proposition and commitment to delivering the best value.
Ability to connect team and personal goals to the organization's vision.
Ability to voice opinions with clear rationale using data or factual evidence.
Track record of completing assigned tasks on time with high quality and taking independent responsibility.
Inclination to understand problems thoroughly before implementing solutions.
Initiative to identify opportunities for innovation and experiment with new software frameworks.
Adaptability to new environments and changing requirements.
