What You'll Do
- Configure, optimize, and maintain JIRA and Confluence environments
- Support cross-functional teams in using Atlassian tools effectively
- Automate workflows, create dashboards, and develop templates
- Provide user training and troubleshooting
- Integrate advanced plugins, tools, and AI solutions
What We're Looking For
- Proven expertise in JIRA and Confluence administration
- Hands-on experience across the broader Atlassian suite
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills
- Reliable laptop and internet connection
- Strong verbal and written English proficiency
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with ROVO and AI agents

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation is structured by experience: 3 years experience - R4500 per day; 4-5 years experience - R5700 to R6800 per day; 6+ years experience - R7000+ per day
Work Mode
This role follows a hybrid model. You will start remotely while based in South Africa, with planned relocation to Málaga, Spain.
