Responsibilities
- Lead a team of software engineers to deliver reliable and scalable technology solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define and prioritize engineering initiatives
- Mentor engineers in technical design, coding standards, and career progression
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Oversee sprint planning, technical roadmaps, and delivery timelines
- Support hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluation processes
- Promote best practices in software development and system architecture
- Ensure alignment between engineering work and broader product goals
- Facilitate communication across time zones and distributed teams
- Drive engineering excellence through code reviews and technical guidance

- Background in scaling engineering organizations
