About the Role

- Support capacity planning and performance optimization initiatives.

- Balance technical debt management with feature delivery timelines.
- Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives using agile methodologies.
- Ensure on-call processes are effective and sustainable for engineering teams.
- Represent engineering in executive discussions and strategic planning sessions.
- Champion innovation while maintaining system stability and uptime.
- Coordinate disaster recovery planning and infrastructure resilience testing.
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for faster, safer deployments.
- Encourage knowledge sharing and cross-functional training programs.
- Work closely with SRE and platform teams to streamline operations.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of skilled software engineers.
