At Kyndryl, our Computer Operators are essential in revolutionizing how we operate complex computer systems. You'll have the opportunity to supervise intricate networks and applications, and operate distributed systems in a multi-vendor environment.
What You'll Do
- Perform batch operations as per service agreements.
- Analyze first-level issues across systems and resolve or route them appropriately.
- Develop support system management processes specific to customer requirements.
- Interact and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in Level 1 Support: Linux/Windows OS, Kubernetes/Docker, MongoDB/CosmosDB/SQL Server, Azure.
- At least 1 year of experience in Basic Programming: Bash and Shell Scripting, PowerShell.
- At least 1 year of experience with Tools: Jira, Jenkins, Bamboo, GIT, Bitbucket.
- At least 1 year of experience with Languages: Java, .NET, DLS (Ruby), YAML (Python).
- Demonstrated training and experience in the indicated tools.
- RHEL II or equivalent certification or training.
- Soft Skills: Communication and digital empathy, Customer service, Proactivity, Teamwork, Ability to adapt to change.
