About the Role
The engineer will build and improve software solutions, work closely with product and design teams, and help shape technical direction while ensuring code quality and system reliability.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend and frontend components
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product features
- Write clean, testable, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews and technical planning sessions
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Optimize application performance and scalability
- Contribute to architectural decisions and system design
- Implement security best practices across services
- Support deployment and monitoring workflows
- Engage in agile development cycles with regular sprints
- Ensure compatibility across platforms and devices
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for systems and APIs
- Integrate third-party services and tools
- Monitor system health and respond to alerts
- Participate in on-call rotations when needed
- Refactor legacy code to improve maintainability
- Assist in defining engineering standards and practices
- Evaluate new technologies for potential adoption
- Support QA efforts with testing and debugging
- Drive improvements in development tooling and pipelines
