Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and convert membership leads through tours, referrals and follow-up activity
- Conduct personalised consultations, confidently presenting membership packages, benefits and pricing
- Achieve and exceed membership sales targets, driving revenue growth and retention
- Manage prospect pipelines, tracking conversion rates and performance metrics
- Build strong relationships with members to maximise engagement and lifetime value
- Identify and develop corporate and local partnership opportunities to grow the membership base
- Support Spa reception in converting enquiries into memberships, bookings and retail sales
- Promote spa services, retail and wellness offerings to increase overall member spend
- Ensure a luxury guest experience at all touchpoints, maintaining Fairmont brand standards
- Oversee accurate membership administration, billing and reporting processes
- Handle guest queries and escalations professionally, ensuring effective resolution
- Support operational standards, team alignment and daily service delivery within Spa & Wellness
