Omnia is hiring a Software Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Define the AI roadmap and overall system architecture (cloud-native, secure, scalable).
  • Lead R&D on emerging technologies to maintain our competitive edge.
  • Guide the engineering and AI/ML teams in building, deploying, and monitoring robust models and data pipelines.
  • Implement best practices in MLOps and CI/CD for rapid, reliable delivery.
  • Mentor a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists.
  • Act as the key liaison between technical teams, product, and executive leadership.
  • Embed security, privacy, and compliance (GDPR, HIPAA) into every layer of the platform.
  • Champion ethical AI principles and mitigate associated risks.

Requirements

  • A proven track record architecting and delivering AI-driven products in a cloud-native environment (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Deep expertise in the ML lifecycle, from model development (Python, etc.) to MLOps and performance evaluation.
  • Strategic leadership experience, with the ability to mentor engineers, define a technical roadmap, and collaborate with C-level stakeholders.
  • A firm grasp of data governance, security principles, and compliance standards like GDPR or HIPAA.
