What You'll Do
Design and deliver robust features across a Java and Python stack, taking full responsibility from concept through deployment and monitoring. Use AI coding assistants and large language model workflows as integral tools in writing, testing, and refining code. Help shape system architecture through active participation in design discussions, code reviews, and technical planning. Tackle challenges at the intersection of digital identity, trust, and regulatory compliance, ensuring solutions are both secure and scalable.
Collaborate closely with senior engineers to deepen your expertise and contribute to a culture of continuous learning. Apply automation strategically across the development lifecycle to improve speed and reliability without sacrificing quality.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of professional software engineering experience with production systems
- Strong working knowledge of either Java or Python, with self-awareness around areas for growth
- Hands-on experience using AI development tools such as Copilot, Cursor, or similar in real workflows
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, accept feedback, and work effectively amid uncertainty
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience deploying LLM-driven features in production environments, including prompt engineering and retrieval systems
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Background in microservices or API design
- Previous work in fast-paced or startup settings
- Interest in identity, privacy, or compliance technologies
- Exposure to Scala
