About the Role
The engineer will lead the development and optimization of key iOS application components, working closely with design and product teams to deliver robust, user-focused solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain core features of the iOS application
- Collaborate with product managers to define feature requirements
- Work with designers to implement intuitive user interfaces
- Optimize app performance and responsiveness
- Ensure compatibility across multiple iOS devices and versions
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance issues
- Integrate with backend services and APIs
- Implement analytics and monitoring tools
- Follow security best practices in data handling
- Support app store deployment and updates
- Stay current with iOS platform developments
- Contribute to architectural decisions for scalability
- Improve accessibility features in the app
- Collaborate with QA to ensure high test coverage
- Document technical implementations and decisions
- Mentor junior engineers when needed
- Evaluate third-party libraries and tools
- Ensure compliance with platform guidelines
- Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives
- Drive improvements in development workflows
- Support A/B testing initiatives
