Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and scale backend services and infrastructure systems
- Take ownership of critical infrastructure including Hadoop, Presto, Kubernetes, and deployment pipelines
- Deploy and maintain services that enhance system availability, usability, and monitoring capabilities
- Write, review, and debug production-level code using Python and Java
- Build and manage highly available, fault-tolerant distributed systems
- Implement comprehensive observability through metrics, logging, and alerting systems
- Support secure infrastructure practices and configuration management standards
