StubHub is on a mission to redefine the live event experience globally. We are looking for a Software Engineer II - AI to lead the development and implementation of AI-driven capabilities across the organization. You will introduce new AI tooling, define and scale best practices, and build custom models that solve real business problems.

What You'll Do

Design and implement AI tooling and infrastructure to support company-wide AI adoption.
Develop custom machine learning models tailored to specific business use cases.
Establish AI/ML best practices, standards, and governance frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and requirements.
Lead the evaluation, selection, and integration of AI platforms and technologies.
Create documentation, training materials, and knowledge-sharing programs.
Monitor model performance and implement continuous improvement processes.
Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry trends.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
2+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning and AI development.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with ML Ops tools and practices (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, DVC).
Proficiency in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.
Proficiency in Python and at least one other programming language (R, Java, Scala).
Strong experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn).
Knowledge of data engineering tools and practices (Apache Spark, Kafka, Airflow).
Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical methods.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and their ML services.
Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
