About the Role
The individual in this role will contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including writing clean code, troubleshooting issues, and supporting deployment processes within an agile framework.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software applications according to specifications
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define technical requirements
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality
- Participate in code reviews to uphold development standards
- Debug and resolve software defects in a timely manner
- Support deployment and monitoring of production systems
- Document technical designs and system changes
- Implement security best practices across software components
- Work within agile sprints and attend regular team standups
- Optimize application performance and scalability
- Integrate APIs and third-party services
- Follow version control workflows using Git
- Assist in defining project timelines and milestones
- Stay current with emerging technologies and frameworks
- Contribute to architectural discussions and planning
- Ensure compliance with industry standards
- Respond to user feedback and operational alerts
- Collaborate on feature prioritization with stakeholders
