Pure Storage is looking for a Software Engineer to join our Fusion product team. You’ll help develop our self-service, autonomous storage platform, advancing the Modern Data Experience and empowering customers to manage storage as a flexible pooled resource.
What You'll Do
- Work on full lifecycle application development.
- Design, develop, operate, and maintain big data processing services in Java and web applications in collaboration with our UX team using Angular and Typescript.
- Experiment with new technologies such as big data databases or EKS to innovate cost-effective solutions for telemetry data processing.
- Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to identify requirements and take solutions from initial design to production.
- Focus on design, development, unit testing, code reviews, documentation, continuous integration, and continuous deployment.
What We're Looking For
- Basic or student knowledge of a modern programming language like Java, Golang, or Python and enthusiasm to learn others.
- Ability to work 20 hours per week.
- Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative and team-oriented environment.
- Willingness and ability to work in an open office, team environment.
