Bayesian Health, Inc. is looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test to play an instrumental role in ensuring our clinical AI/ML products exceed enterprise health system quality standards and regulatory requirements. You'll join a mission-driven team focused on improving patient outcomes by empowering clinicians with insights at the point-of-care.
What You'll Do
- Partner with product subject matter experts to define test requirements and create test plans to ensure products meet clinical workflow expectations, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Build the framework and tooling to automatically run tests and verification efficiently to accelerate product development and integration.
- Consolidate and simplify integrated testing with enterprise health system clients to reduce manual testing effort.
- Work closely with product managers, clinicians, regulatory, data scientists, and other software engineers to drive alignment on quality and deliver impactful technology.
What We're Looking For
- A BS in Computer Science or other relevant technical discipline.
- 5+ years of experience leading testing for complex cross-functional technical projects.
- 4+ years of experience developing test cases using automated testing frameworks and executing them in CI/CD pipelines.
- 4+ years writing and executing test plans, documenting results, and tracking issue resolution in tools such as Jira and TestRail.
- Experience testing EHR-integrated platforms or products (Epic or Cerner preferred).
- Experience working cross-functionally with clinicians to align on workflow and product quality expectations.
Nice to Have
- Experience with software processes compliant to IEC 62304/IEC 82304.
- Experience managing releases to ensure high quality products for enterprise customers.
- Experience handling ambiguity and uncertainty in a startup environment.
