StraitsX is looking for a QA Engineer to join our transaction experience team. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our transaction platform, which covers deposits, withdrawals, swap, mint, and burn processes across both our personal and business portals.

What You'll Do

Analyze product requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to define test strategies for high-impact features.
Design and develop test cases for both manual and automated testing across frontend and backend applications.
Work closely with development teams, product managers, and other QAs to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
Identify quality risks and proactively raise concerns during planning and design phases.
Participate in test case design, test data preparation, test execution, and the development of automated testing scripts.
Propose optimizations to improve testing and development workflows.

What We're Looking For

At least 1 year of experience in a related field.
Familiarity with automated test development using well known tools (e.g., cucumber, playwright).
Familiarity with the payment domain and blockchain technology.
Proficient in web application and API testing, with the ability to independently design, write, and execute test cases.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and related tools (e.g., GitHub Actions).
Familiarity with programming languages such as Javascript / Typescript and/or Java.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
