HighLevel is hiring a Software Development Engineer III to contribute to our Calendars product. You will be responsible for the design, development, and optimization of core calendar and scheduling systems that serve our global customer base.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable calendar and scheduling features
- Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to define and implement new capabilities
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Proven track record of designing, developing, and shipping complex backend systems
- Expertise in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Go, Python, Java, C#)
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design
- Experience with relational databases and distributed systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
