First Division Consulting is looking for a part-time Social Media Specialist to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to increase our company's visibility and promote our brand.
What You'll Do
- Manage our social media presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all platforms.
- Routinely repost content from relevant accounts such as US Military Services, NASA, and the Department of Defense.
- Monitor Glassdoor and other employee review sites.
- Maintain the relevance and accuracy of our social media profiles and bios.
- Create and publish diverse content including holiday messages, company event coverage, employee highlights, job postings, award announcements, and charity engagement features.
- Update company website content and design to ensure all information is current.
- Optimize the accessibility and aesthetic of the company website design.
What We're Looking For
- A High School Diploma.
- 2-5 years of experience in social media marketing.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to create compelling content and graphics.
- Ability to work remotely and autonomously.
- Proven ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
