Medier is looking for a Social Media Officer to own day-to-day content and growth for X and Telegram. You will build and execute content strategies for our Sports and Casino verticals, producing high-performing content while managing community operations. Your work will empower you to drive growth and engagement through data-driven optimization.
What You'll Do
- Own day-to-day content and growth for X and Telegram, including channels and groups.
- Build and execute weekly and monthly content calendars covering both Sports and Casino verticals.
- Produce high-performing formats including threads, match day posts, odds highlights, polls, memes, short clips, and promotional posts.
- Manage Telegram pinned posts, welcome flows, moderation rules, and anti-scam messaging.
- Execute cross-promotions, shoutouts, micro-influencer deals, community swaps, and partner coordination.
- Coordinate with VIP, CRM, and Support teams to route leads and inquiries properly.
- Monitor KPIs such as joins, reach, engagement, clicks, and registrations, and optimize strategies based on data.
- Maintain a consistent brand tone and ensure all content complies with internal guidelines.
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in social media or community management roles.
- Strong understanding of Telegram growth mechanics and X engagement strategies.
- Comfortable with iGaming content, including sports betting and casino, and capable of working within fast daily cycles.
- Excellent copywriting skills in English.
- KPI-driven, highly organized, and able to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- iGaming experience is a significant plus.
- Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- Basic design or video editing ability, such as with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe basics, is a plus.
