About the Role

Uptalent.io is hiring a Social Media Manager to develop and implement our social media strategy, enhancing our online visibility and achieving key marketing goals. You will be instrumental in building the marketing function for our dynamic and innovative remote talent platform.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Plan and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms.
  • Design and produce high-quality graphics, videos, and other visual content for posts and ads.
  • Write compelling copy for social media posts, ensuring consistency with the brand voice.
  • Manage and oversee the social media content calendar.
  • Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and comments, providing timely responses.
  • Foster and grow an active online community, encouraging engagement and interaction.
  • Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Monitor ad performance, optimize campaigns, and report on ROI.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and platform-specific insights.
  • Provide regular reports on social media performance and suggest data-driven improvements.
  • Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Manage and mentor junior social media staff or interns as needed.
  • Collaborate with external agencies or freelancers for specialized projects.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in a B2B environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and design skills in graphic design and video production.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Canva.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Experience with social media advertising and analytics tools.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
