Commons is looking for a Social Media Manager to own our voice and presence online. You will craft and implement our social media strategy to connect with our audience and amplify our mission.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across all relevant platforms
- Create, schedule, and publish high-quality, engaging content daily
- Build and nurture an active online community through direct engagement
- Monitor trends, analyze performance metrics, and report on campaign results
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social content with broader initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of professional experience managing social media for a brand
- Proven ability to grow an audience and drive engagement across platforms
- Strong content creation skills for visual and written formats
- Experience using social media analytics tools to inform strategy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
