As a Social Media Manager & Community Manager at everydays, you will be responsible for the strategic expansion of our brand's digital presence and the creation of a vibrant online community. You will translate complex health topics into accessible, engaging content and build authentic connections with our audience.
What You'll Do
- Take responsibility for our social media channels and strategically expand brand presence, primarily on Instagram & Facebook.
- Plan and create content that conveys our brand story and transforms complex health topics into easy-to-understand, emotional content.
- Collaborate with internal content creators and the influencer team to ensure a consistent brand message.
- Build and maintain an engaged community with a focus on a Facebook group as a retention channel.
- Develop strategic and creative content formats to promote interaction and long-term engagement.
- Actively moderate, answer questions, and interact with community members to create a valuable and authentic platform.
- Organize online formats such as webinars, live chats, and discussion rounds with health experts.
- Plan and implement online and offline events to strengthen community bonds.
- Track and analyze social media KPIs to identify optimization potential and derive targeted measures.
- Collect community feedback through surveys and direct interactions.
- Analyze community data for continuous strategy optimization.
What We're Looking For
- Several years of experience in social media management and/or community management.
- Creativity and a feel for social media trends with a high affinity for content creation.
- Experience in conceptualizing and implementing community strategies for long-term member retention.
- Excellent communication and moderation skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with design and video editing tools for independent content production.
- Analytical thinking and data-driven work to optimize social media and community strategies.
- Independent working, teamwork, and proactive working style.
- Very good German language skills at native level in speech and writing.
Nice to Have
- Experience ideally in the D2C sector or in the health industry.
