Skalieren.com / Ares GmbH is seeking a Freelancer - Setter to be the critical first point of contact for our warm leads. You will quickly qualify prospects through direct conversation and assess the potential for a successful coaching partnership in a 100% remote freelance role.
What You'll Do
- Be the first point of contact for processing, qualifying, and making initial contact with warm leads.
- Contact new leads via phone as quickly as possible, ideally within 5 minutes.
- Conduct at least 10 calls per day, each lasting approximately 30-40 minutes.
- Make independent decisions on whether a collaboration with the prospect is viable.
- Recognize and empathetically address the fears and objections of potential customers.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales.
Nice to Have
- Experience in closing.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: 15 Euro gross per hour.
