Vaterwelten GmbH is offering a remote internship for an Online Community Manager*in (m/f/d) to help build the first German-language platform for active, modern, and diverse fatherhood. You will contribute to developing a digital, participatory community platform for fathers, experts, and companies starting in January 2026.

What You'll Do

Manage and develop our digital community platform.
Contribute to the conception and implementation of challenges, events, exchange rounds, or digital campfires.
Analyze community activities and develop ideas for activation, moderation, and enhancing interactions.
Work with tools like Wordpress, Samdock, FluentCRM, BuddyBoss, GamiPress, Canva, and Notion.
Develop a reward system to promote engagement.
Be part of our strategy to network and empower fathers while advising companies on their family-friendliness.

What We're Looking For

You are studying Social Work, Communication Science, Gender Studies, Media Education, Cultural Studies, HR Management, Psychology, or a similar field—or you are a career changer with passion.
You are digitally savvy, dare to try new tools, and want to learn how modern community work functions.
You are interested in engaging with masculinity, fatherhood, work-life balance, diversity, and equality.
You are empathetic, strong in communication, and can both write casually and listen attentively.
You work independently, reliably, and bring your own ideas.
