Signet Jewelers is hiring a Master Data & Sales Operations Manager (f/m/d) to manage and maintain high-quality sales data across systems and documents. You will be the go-to expert for sales-related master data, ensuring accuracy and consistency to support Key Account Managers and enable smooth product launches across international markets.
What You'll Do
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of sales-related master data in various systems and documents.
- Prepare listing data for product launches in close coordination with Key Account Managers.
- Enter and manage listing information in customer-specific tools and platforms (e.g., Markant).
- Support the preparation and distribution of sales reports and performance dashboards.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external sales partners to ensure smooth data flow and process alignment.
- Proactively manage and improve data accuracy, structure, and consistency across the organization.
What We're Looking For
- Completed commercial training or a university degree.
- 3+ years of experience in a data-driven sales support or operations role.
- Advanced Excel skills are a must.
- Native German and fluent English skills (written and spoken).
- Analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and a structured, solution-oriented working style.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in an international environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Power BI and Markant will be a strong advantage.
- Experience working with ERP or PIM systems (SAP experience preferred).
