What You'll Do

- Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand recruitment needs and refine job profiles.
- Manage the selection and negotiation process through to candidate onboarding.
- Ensure regular updates of candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.

- Proven professional experience as a recruiter.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in modern recruitment tools and professional social networking platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to assess both technical and behavioral competencies.
- Proactive, results-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
