Wisp is looking for a Social Media Manager to own the execution of our social strategy and community voice. This highly executional and collaborative role focuses on turning strategic inputs into consistent, high-quality programming across our organic social channels.
What You'll Do
- Manage Wisp’s organic social channels, creating and publishing content aligned with strategy, captions, hashtags, light asset optimization, and platform trends.
- Own daily engagement across channels (comments, DMs, Reddit), monitor sentiment, surface insights, and collaborate with SEO and ecommerce teams.
- Lead Reddit presence and AMA initiatives end-to-end, ensuring authentic, compliant engagement and tracking performance to inform strategy.
- Apply Wisp’s brand voice consistently, support creator and thought leadership narratives, and engage in relevant cultural moments.
- Partner with internal teams (Creative, Paid, CX, Medical, Legal) to optimize content, campaigns, and reporting while continuously testing for performance improvements.
What We're Looking For
- 3–6+ years of experience managing brand social media accounts.
- Proven experience executing against a defined social or content strategy.
- Strong copywriting skills with a sharp eye for tone, nuance, and platform best practices.
- Hands-on experience with community management and real-time engagement.
- Comfort engaging in nuanced or sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism.
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a regulated or sensitive content environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Team & Environment
This role reports to the Sr. Director of Brand Marketing, with a dotted-line to the Influencer & Content Strategy Lead.
Work Mode
This role is local-country, open to candidates in the United States.
