Social Media Manager (Full-Time, Remote) | Location: Remote, with 4+ hours daily overlap (flexible)We're hunting for a full-time Social Media & Content Manager to supercharge the personal brand of a founder who's already crushing it with 20k+ Twitter and 19k+ LinkedIn followers. This isn't your typical ghostwriting gig — we want someone who breathes internet culture, can move at lightning speed with content, and knows how to transform a personal brand into something that feels like a must-have product.
If algorithms make your heart race, you can craft copy that slices through digital noise (AI-assisted or pure human magic), and you get a kick out of playing across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and maybe even Threads or TikTok — we want you.
What You'll Do
Own platform execution: Manage, schedule, and optimize content across Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram (and more).
Nail the founder's voice: Create high-performing posts that feel personal, real, and on-brand.
Spot opportunities: Track trends, memes, and timely topics to spark relevant content ideas.
Clip & repurpose videos: Turn raw founder footage into engaging short-form content using tools like Descript or CapCut.
Leverage AI tools: Brainstorm, write, revise, and iterate faster using tools like ChatGPT and Claude.
Keep the system humming: Stay organized with drafts, publishing rhythms, analytics, and platform best practices.
