Full Picture seeks a Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic social media team. Reporting to the VP of Social, you will play a key role in developing and executing content that drives visibility and followership across multiple platforms.
What You'll Do
- Support the development and execution of social media content for Full Picture and Full Picture Productions across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Develop and execute content for the agency CEO on Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Support social media strategy and content creation for diverse client accounts, including entrepreneurs, celebrities, podcasts, and lifestyle brands.
- Work closely with agency teams to develop thoughtful, effective social media strategies.
- Forward-plan the agency's social media calendar by coordinating across teams.
- Help coordinate with brands, talent, and internal teams on deliverables, timelines, and approvals.
- Stay up to date on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging platforms, and share insights with the team.
- Identify new opportunities for community engagement and growth.
- Monitor the social landscape to guide best practices and find new storytelling opportunities.
- Engage daily with the agency's social media community.
- Monitor and report on community metrics, suggesting adjustments as needed.
- Create, adapt, or edit social assets with a strong understanding of visual storytelling and platform best practices.

Nice to Have
- Experience in a focused social media role or a broader role with social media responsibilities.
- A strong visual eye and graphic design skills.
- Solid photography and creative content-capturing skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
