SAOTA was looking for a Social Media Content Editor & Admin Assistant

Shape brand storytelling and support regional operations as a Social Media Content Editor & Admin Assistant for a globally recognized design group. You’ll produce clear, engaging content across digital and print platforms—including websites, social media, newsletters, ads, and brochures—ensuring each piece reflects the distinctive voice of multiple high-profile brands.

Content Development & Brand Stewardship

Develop and refine copy for a range of materials, from product descriptions to campaign content, always maintaining precision and brand alignment. You’ll edit and proofread all written content, ensuring clarity, consistency, and adherence to style standards. By researching audience behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes, you’ll help inform strategic content direction that strengthens brand presence and engagement.

Collaboration & Project Management

Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to support campaign rollouts, product launches, and brand initiatives. Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and manage multiple writing assignments simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines in a dynamic setting. You’ll also communicate directly with stakeholders to understand project briefs and deliver polished, on-target content.

Administrative & Media Support

Provide essential support to the Southeast Asia Group Manager by assisting with media coordination and administrative tasks tied to regional business development. This role requires strong organizational abilities, discretion with confidential information, and the flexibility to work beyond standard hours when project demands require.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2–4 years of copywriting experience in marketing, advertising, or media
  • Degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Exceptional command of written English, with strong grammar, proofreading, and storytelling skills
  • Experience with CMS platforms, social media management tools, Google Analytics, and SEO optimization
  • Ability to adapt tone and style across platforms and audiences
  • Familiarity with visual content and basic design principles is a plus
  • Background in architecture or design industries, or experience in the Southeast Asian market, is preferred
