Jobgether is looking for a Social Media Assistant to shape and grow the digital presence of a creative business specializing in art services and expedition experiences. In this role, you'll work directly with the business owner to build brand visibility across key social platforms using established brand assets and execute impactful organic growth strategies.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute tailored social media strategies for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Create and assemble content using provided templates, typography, and brand colors.
• Schedule and publish consistent content across all platforms to drive engagement.
• Monitor account performance and analyze trends to optimize future content.
• Research and apply effective hashtags, keywords, and posting schedules.
• Provide daily updates and feedback on performance while working closely with the business owner.
• Grow accounts organically without the use of paid advertising.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
• Strong expertise in organic social media growth strategies.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram best practices.
• Knowledge of optimal posting times, hashtags, and keyword usage.
• Experience working with brand templates and maintaining a consistent visual identity.
• Skills in content creation and performance analysis.
• Strong communication abilities for daily collaboration and reporting.
• A proactive and creative mindset to develop engaging strategies from existing content.
