Jobgether is looking for a Finance Officer to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations. In this remote role based in India, you will oversee daily transactions, support reporting, and contribute to both budget planning and fiscal management.
What You'll Do
- Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions to ensure accurate records.
- Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Maintain compliance with financial regulations, standards, and company policies.
- Contribute to budget preparation, monitoring, and forecasting.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with other departments to strengthen financial management practices.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Finance Officer or in a similar finance role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency with financial software tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively across teams.
- Proactive, organized, and adaptable to evolving priorities.
