Remote Recruitment is seeking a driven and people-focused Tech Recruitment Specialist (180 Role) to join our team. This role is perfect for a seasoned recruiter who thrives in candidate engagement, talent sourcing, and building meaningful relationships – without the pressure of business development. You'll work UAE hours (GMT+4), focusing exclusively on identifying and managing top-tier tech talent for innovative companies across the region.
What You'll Do
- Source, screen, and manage high-calibre tech candidates for roles across the UAE market.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using LinkedIn, job boards, and proactive sourcing strategies.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess technical skills, career goals, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with 360 recruiters or account managers to understand role requirements and client expectations.
- Manage the candidate journey end-to-end: from first contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate activity using CRM and ATS tools.
- Stay informed on tech hiring trends and UAE market dynamics to provide insightful candidate guidance.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in tech recruitment.
- Proven ability to source and place candidates within the technology sector.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in managing workloads.
- Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a laptop.
