Havas Play Ltd is hiring a Social Media Ads Trader to manage the quality and precision of media activations for luxury brands. You will reconcile performance with aesthetic excellence to reflect the image of high-end Maisons, working within the Havas group's dynamic, integrated ecosystem.
What You'll Do
- Implement Social Media Ads campaigns according to strategies defined by consulting teams.
- Configure, schedule, and monitor activations on various social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Ensure compliance and quality of each broadcast: targeting, formats, placements, creative integration, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Ensure media experience coherence with the identity and codes of each Maison.
- Monitor performance in real-time and propose adjustments to guarantee campaign quality and visibility.
- Develop and update tracking reports with precision and clarity.
- Identify opportunities for innovation or new formats suitable for the luxury universe.
- Share learnings and best practices with consulting teams and clients.
- Collaborate with consulting, planning, and creative teams to ensure consistency between strategy and execution.
- Coordinate exchanges with social platforms and technical partners.
- Participate in multi-Maison coordination in an international and demanding environment.
What We're Looking For
- Good knowledge of Social Media Ads environments and buying platforms (Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
- Rigor, precision, and attention to detail in managing activations and budgets.
- Ability to work in a team, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and collaborate in an international setting.
- Proficient level in French (C1-C2), written and spoken.
Nice to Have
- Experience or strong appetite for implementing high-end media campaigns.
- Marked interest in the universe of luxury, beauty, or fashion, and understanding of its codes.
- Mastery of English is a real asset (minimum level B2-C1).
