We're currently seeking a sharp Social Expert for a digital insurance company in KSA on a remote, 1-year contract (with potential extension), offering a chance to lead cutting-edge performance marketing campaigns in a data-driven ecosystem.
Main Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
- Craft and test ad creatives, copy variations, and audience combinations for every funnel stage.
- Set up pixel and conversion API tracking using GTM or platform-specific integrations.
- Partner closely with the creative team to deliver campaign briefs, provide performance insights, and refine strategies.
- Dynamically optimize budget allocation across platforms to hit ROAS, CAC, and volume targets.
- Manage and dissect retargeting, lookalike, and interest-based audiences to supercharge conversion efficiency.
- Monitor frequency, engagement rate, and creative fatigue, ensuring visual assets stay fresh and compelling.
- Develop weekly performance dashboards that translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Stay ahead of the curve with platform algorithm changes, emerging ad formats, and the latest best practices in paid social.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (non-negotiable).
- Meta Certified Media Buying Professional or equivalent certification (big bonus points).
Experience & Knowledge:
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience running paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
- Pro-level skills in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Deep understanding of pixel setup, event matching, AEM configurations, and conversion tracking.
- Track record with UGC and influencer performance tracking.
- Comfortable with offline conversion uploads and CRM integrations.
- Analytical mastermind who can transform campaign data into performance gold.
- Communication and collaboration skills that make teamwork look effortless.
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote environment and can juggle multiple campaigns like a pro.
