We are looking for an experienced and proactive SOC Team Lead to help build and launch a new SOC-as-a-Service offering at Franco Pinto. This role will lead the creation of a lean security operations team, define key processes, and ensure high-quality security service delivery to clients.
What You'll Do
- Lead the creation and setup of our SOC team from the ground up
- Define team roles and responsibilities, and recruit initial team members
- Develop and validate operational processes, including monitoring, incident response, and client communication
- Ensure the SOC meets high standards of service and aligns with client needs
