Solenis is hiring a Senior Snowflake Developer to join our Global Excellence Center in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust Snowflake data pipelines and architectures to support analytics and business reporting across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable Snowflake data pipelines and architectures.
- Implement data models, such as star and snowflake schemas, to support analytics and business reporting.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and leverage Snowflake-specific features like Streams, Tasks, and Snowpipe.
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency through rigorous testing and validation processes.
- Implement data security and access controls using Snowflake’s RBAC features.
- Monitor data workloads and optimize performance and cost of Snowflake warehouses.
What We're Looking For
- Expert-level proficiency in Snowflake and SQL.
- Proven experience designing and implementing data models (star/snowflake schemas).
- Demonstrated ability to develop, optimize, and maintain complex data pipelines.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing principles, data quality, and data governance.
- Experience implementing data security controls and performance tuning in Snowflake.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
