Novakid School is hiring an SMM Support Manager to manage social media interactions and convert leads into paying customers for our online English language school for children. This role requires advanced Arabic language skills and focuses on customer engagement and sales support on Facebook and Instagram.
What You'll Do
- Check and respond to direct messages and comments on Facebook and Instagram promptly.
- Engage with subscribers, answer their queries, and provide information about our product.
- Maintain a polite and professional tone in all interactions.
- Actively engage with potential customers and offer them a trial lesson.
- Send follow-up messages to interested leads who haven't yet committed to a paid lesson.
- Follow our sales script and funnel to convert leads into paying customers.
- Address objections and provide additional information as needed.
- Manage social media contests on Facebook and Instagram (respond to participant queries, and select winners based on predetermined criteria).
- Address negative comments or complaints professionally and empathetically.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Follow company guidelines and policies regarding communication, sales, and customer interactions.
What We're Looking For
- Knowledge of English (at least B2, C1+ is better).
- Knowledge of Arabic - Advanced (at least C1/C2).
- Experienced PC user.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work with a high volume of information.
- Responsibility and care.
- Ability to multi-task.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a language school.

This role sits within our Client Operations department.
Work Mode
This is a remote position open to candidates in Amman and Al Karak, Jordan.
