In this role, you will leverage your language skills to provide exceptional support and services to our clients, serving as a primary contact and ensuring a seamless client experience. The position includes a fully paid relocation package to Sofia.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for Slovenian-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate and helpful information regarding our services and solutions, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Process and manage client accounts and reservations with a focus on attention to detail.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, striving to enhance their overall satisfaction.
- Maintain organized records of interactions and transactions within our CRM system.
- Stay updated on market trends and company offerings to provide relevant advice and support to clients.
