Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a Slovak Speaking Customer Support professional to assist users of a leading online music and podcast platform. You’ll be the primary support contact for Slovak-speaking clients, helping them navigate the platform and resolve any issues.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking clients through email, phone, and chat.
- Assist users with inquiries about music and podcast services, troubleshoot issues, and guide them through the platform.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly and accurately in the CRM system.
- Work closely with your team to meet service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on music trends and platform features.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Slovak (written and spoken).
- A strong passion for music and podcasts, with knowledge of popular genres and artists.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive and enthusiastic disposition.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
