Patrique Mercier Recruitment is seeking a Slovak Speaking Customer Support specialist to provide support for users of a popular music streaming platform. In this remote role, you will be the primary point of contact for Slovak-speaking clients, helping them get the most out of their listening experience.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries about music streaming features, subscriptions, and troubleshooting.
- Record customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up and analysis.
- Work closely with team members to meet service goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in continuous training to stay updated on industry trends and product offerings.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Slovak (written and spoken). Nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A genuine passion for music and knowledge of music streaming platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player who enjoys working collaboratively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote or dynamic setting.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
