Responsibilities
- Process patient orders for sleep therapy equipment and supplies
- Confirm insurance eligibility and benefits for prescribed items
- Coordinate shipments with logistics partners for timely delivery
- Follow up with patients to confirm receipt and setup of equipment
- Update patient records with current supply and delivery status
- Respond to inquiries from patients and caregivers about sleep supplies
- Verify prescription documentation meets compliance standards
- Communicate with healthcare providers to resolve order issues
- Track supply reorder timelines based on patient usage patterns
- Maintain confidentiality of patient health information
- Escalate complex cases to clinical or billing teams as needed
- Use internal systems to document all customer interactions
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
- Support smooth transitions between therapy phases for patients
- Assist with troubleshooting supply-related patient concerns
- Provide updates on backordered or delayed items

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in healthcare, customer service, or supply coordination preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology, especially related to respiratory care

- Ability to work within defined workflows and compliance guidelines
- Effective verbal and written communication skills

Schedule
- Work hours are from 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM Central Time
- Full-time schedule with consistent daily shifts
- Position operates Monday through Friday
