Ensono is looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our team. In this role, you will apply your expertise in Infrastructure as Code and monitoring to build efficient, scalable systems and drive reliability and process improvements.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot issues and identify systemic failings indicated by incidents.
- Implement fixes and propose solutions for reducing toil.
- Provide leadership in the incident resolution process, including creating documentation and contributing to post-mortem analysis.
- Improve Service Request and Change Management processes through technical work and stakeholder management.
- Participate in and proactively mitigate risks within the Security management process.
- Lead discussions in client-facing meetings regarding the SRE process and identify areas to increase the SRE footprint.
- Engage with suppliers and third parties for support, requests, and opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- 3-9 years of professional SRE or related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science or a related discipline.
- SRE Foundation certificate and a Cloud provider ‘associate’-level certification (or completion during probationary period).
- Proficiency in Azure and Kubernetes with hands-on management and deployment experience.
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Familiarity with Harness for continuous delivery and deployment.
Nice to Have
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator or Application Developer.
- Certified Azure DevOps Engineer.
- Experience with monitoring tools like NewRelic or Splunk.
- Strong programming skills in .Net, Java, or JavaScript.

- Annual salary range of $85,000 to $135,000.
