Ensure product performance and operational visibility by managing monitoring tools, endpoint systems, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms. Administer vendor tools, deploy IT services with minimal disruption, and promote automation and collaboration between engineering and operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing operational support, manage issues, oversee vendor relationships, and ensure governance for ecosystem applications.
- Develop and promote policies, standards, and best practices to improve adoption and use of ecosystem applications.
- Advance automation initiatives and implement efficiency improvements across systems and processes.
- Train and develop support teams on ecosystem application tools and procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and knowledge repositories for systems and workflows.
- Lead IT projects and implementations, define performance KPIs, and monitor IT service performance.
- Drive continuous improvement and foster cross-departmental communication and alignment.
- Support IT service management (ITSM) and ITIL-based processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, automation, application support, or cloud-based solutions.
- Hands-on experience with MDM platforms such as SCCM, Microsoft Intune, Workspace ONE, SOTI, MobiControl, or Manage Engine.
- Working knowledge of identity and directory services including ADDS, ADFS, DHCP, and Azure AD.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Batch, and programming languages like Python, C/C++, JavaScript, or TypeScript, along with SQL.
- Experience with monitoring tools including Nexthink, NGOSS, or Dynatrace.
- Basic ability to troubleshoot network issues.
- Certification in operating system or cloud management (e.g., Windows Server, Linux, Azure, VMware).
