Join SITA Switzerland Sarl as a Site Reliability Engineer and play a key role in supporting our Ecosystem to ensure high product performance. You will leverage monitoring tools, endpoint management, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions to maintain operational visibility and control, while driving automation and enhancing collaboration between teams.
What You'll Do
- Perform day-to-day operational support, problem management, vendor management, and governance for Ecosystem applications.
- Establish policies, standards, and best practices to improve adoption and efficiency.
- Promote automation and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct training and skill development for support teams.
- Maintain documentation, knowledge repositories, and support ITSM and ITIL processes.
- Lead IT projects and implementations, defining and tracking KPIs and overall IT performance.
- Facilitate communication and alignment across various departments.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-5 years minimum of experience in IT support related to infrastructure, automation, application support, and cloud-based solutions.
- Hands-on experience with MDM solutions like SCCM, Workspace ONE, Microsoft Intune, SOTI, MobiControl, or Manage Engine.
- Experience with ADDS, ADFS, DHCP, and Azure AD.
- Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, Batch, Bash), programming languages (Python, C/C++, JavaScript/TypeScript), and database query language (SQL).
- Knowledge of monitoring solutions such as Nexthink, NGOSS, or Dynatrace.
- Basic network troubleshooting skills.
- Relevant certification in OS/Cloud management (Windows Servers, Linux, Azure, VMWare).
