Granicus is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer 3 to drive platform engineering and DevOps initiatives. This role is central to building and maintaining the robust infrastructure that supports our digital services.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and operate scalable and reliable platform infrastructure
- Implement and enhance DevOps tooling, automation, and processes
- Partner with development teams to improve system observability, deployment, and resilience
- Respond to incidents, conduct post-mortems, and implement preventative measures
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a Site Reliability Engineering or DevOps-focused platform role
- Strong background in designing and managing cloud-based infrastructure
- Expertise in automation and Infrastructure as Code principles and tools
- Ability to diagnose complex system issues and implement effective solutions
Work Mode
This role follows a hybrid work model and is open to candidates based in Puerto Rico.
